Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our product and for health reasons, at this time we do not offer refunds on used or unused products or exchanges for another style. If you have tried the product and used one set of the 3 that is considered a used box and not in original condition which will not be refunded or exchanged.  All sales are final.

If you receive a damaged product, please send a picture of the damaged product immediately to customer service in the box, untouched. If you do not report damage or a missing product within 14 business days there is nothing we can do.

Late or missing refunds (we hope this never happens but sometimes it does and it can be so frustrating)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at our customer service email and we will try to get to the bottom of it! 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Our goal is to get every order out within 24-48 hours of purchase (not including weekends or holidays) Depending on where you live, shipping may vary on how long it takes to get to you. 

After your package is shipped it is out of our hands on how long it takes to get to you. If your package does not get to you within 10 business days (excluding holidays or international orders) and you purchased the Guardia 1 protection plan then you can reach out to them for a replacement as stated above.
